This policy explains what information Domuvu collects when you use domuvu.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, city
• Photos you upload of your home or yard for rendering
• Order details: project type, style selections, notes, tier purchased
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
• Basic site analytics and, if you accept cookies, Meta Pixel data (see our cookie banner)

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your renders
• To send order confirmations and delivery emails
• To respond to support requests
• To follow up about your Agent Plan subscription, if applicable, via Stripe's customer portal
• For marketing only if you've opted in (photo use in marketing, email/SMS updates)

Your photos

Photos you upload are stored privately and accessed only via signed, time-limited links — never made public. Unless you've checked the box allowing us to use your photos in marketing, they are automatically deleted 90 days after your order is completed.

Who we share information with

• Stripe, for payment processing
• [EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Resend], for transactional email delivery
• A local contractor, only if you specifically request a contractor introduction on your order
• We do not sell your personal information

Your choices

• You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails/SMS at any time
• You can request we delete your photos or account data early — contact us below
• Agent Plan subscribers can manage or cancel their subscription via Stripe's customer portal
